Swiss-Acantos is a boutique advisory firm based in Hong Kong, working with companies and entrepreneurs that operate across the Asia-Europe corridor. Our clients face decisions that don't fit neatly into one jurisdiction, one regulatory framework, or one cultural context.

How we work.

Long engagement, not transactions

We do not work on a transactional basis. Engagements typically run six to twenty-four months and are built on continuity, mutual trust, and gradual depth.

We take on a small number of engagements at any given time. Capacity is finite, and the depth we offer requires it. We say no more often than we say yes.

Specialists when needed

We are generalists by design. For tax, legal, regulatory and audit work, we coordinate qualified specialists from a network of trusted partners — and ensure their work integrates with yours.

Where we
come from.

Swiss-Acantos was founded in 2018 in Hong Kong by professionals with backgrounds in finance, structural advisory, and international business — across Asia, Europe, and South Asia.

The name reflects both halves of our orientation. "Swiss" stands for the precision, discretion, and long horizon we bring to every engagement. "Acantos" — drawn from the Greek for "thorn" — reminds us that the work is rarely smooth, and that getting through difficult passages is often where the real value emerges.

We remain deliberately small. Growth, when it happens, is selective and slow. The work is the product, not the brand.
